Ajna Research sits at the intersection of a think tank and a consciousness laboratory. The name is Sanskrit for the third eye - the seat of clarity, command, and insight. It was chosen deliberately.
Andrei has spent more than thirty years at the intersection of behavioral psychology and high-stakes decision-making. His principals have included royal families, presidential candidates, corporate executives, Hollywood talent, and professional NFL and Olympic athletes - people for whom the margin between a good decision and a poor one is measured in careers, capital, and consequence.
His background spans enterprise technology, executive behavioral coaching, and AI governance architecture.
He is a Certified Professional Coach and is currently completing advanced coursework at Harvard in Human-AI Interface Architecture and Neuroscience.
The through-line across all of it: an enduring focus on the gap between how humans believe they make decisions, and how they actually do.
Ajna Research emerged from a specific observation: the executives he worked with were not being served by the intelligence tools available to them. He began building private AI systems for individual principals - first as an experiment, then as a practice.
The practice takes on a small number of clients at once. It has always been this way.
Ājñā is Sanskrit for the third eye - the seat of command, clarity, and insight. The name was chosen because the work is not about data. It is about the executive who holds the decision.
We do not publish client names. We do not appear in their org chart. We do not share engagements. What is built for you stays with you.
We take on very few clients. We decline more than we accept, and we do so without apology. The principals we serve are served completely - and that requires our full attention.
We do not arrive with a product. We arrive with questions. If you would like to begin, the next step is a short conversation.
